But if it does, the code is 11111 (that is five times one). ## Refilling In the cupboard you can find a fresh bag of beans, the creamer and cacao powder as well as **the** **key** that you need to open the machine. Follow the written guide underneath, or open this link on your phone for visual instructions: ```qrcode https://animo.swipeguide.com/guide/optime/optime/de-optime-vullen ``` ###### Coffee beans - Don't overfill the coffee beans tray, the lid has to fit back on it. ###### Creamer and cacao - Open the top lid of the machine and **take out the canisters** by rotating the spouts upwards and lift from the front! - Fill them outside of the machine (if you would spill inside the machine, it would clog up the motor underneath). - After filling, you can place them back. Make sure it falls into the hole in the front to show proper alignment. Creamer on the left, Cacao on the right. - Turn the spouts back down into the mixer. - This would also be the perfect time to empty the waste bin and the spill tray. ## Maintenance ### Trash bin When the machine says you need to or when performing other maintenance you should also empty out the trash bin from the machine. - Open the machine and take out the big bin. - Pour this into the restafval bin (always into a bag, never into an empty waste bin). ### Spill tray When the machine says you need to or when performing other maintenance you should also empty out the spill tray from the machine. - Take out the spill tray underneath the machine and clean this out (rinse under the tap). ### Daily rinse Follow the written guide underneath, or open this link on your phone for visual instructions: ```qrcode https://animo.swipeguide.com/guide/optime/optime/dagelijkse-schoonmaak-van-de-optime/ ``` ###### Flush - Use the hamburger menu in the top left of the display to open the maintenance screen. - Select rinse: instant mixer - It asks you to place a small bucket under the spout, and it will purge with hot water. - Empty out the trash bin and spill bin. ### Thanks! ### Weekly rinse Follow the written guide underneath, or open this link on your phone for visual instructions. Select Clean Machine - Open the machine and the lid. - Turn up the spouts on the canisters of creamer and cacao. - Take out both canisters (lift from the front and pull). - Turn the flange underneath the mixer to the right to release. - Pull out the mixer and disconnect the tube. - Also take out the little dustbin right above the mixer. - Clean all these parts under the tap! - Use the brush (you can find it on the left inside the machine) to clean out all the dust and powder from inside the machine. - Place back the dustbin. - Reattach the hose and place back the mixer and lock (handle to the left). - Place back both canisters (creamer on the left, cacao on the right). - Twist the funnels back down into the mixer. - Empty out the main trash bin and spill bin. - Now to the coffee side of the machine. Remove the blue funnel (lift and pull). - Clean this funnel with the brush and place it back into place. - The machine should ask you to place a tablet into the brewer. You can find these tablets in the cupboard as well. - Drop it in the brew unit (the opening right under the blue funnel) - Close the machine up and place a bucket under the spout. - Press next and the machine will perform a cleaning procedure that could take about 5 min. - After this, the machine is ready for the weekend. - Place the "shut-down for the weekend" cover over the machine to signal other users. ### Thanks! ## Other requests The machine could ask for other maintenance needs.
